Capturing the label is enough to identify the product
- Full name, brand and product type.
- Composition, capacity or mass per unit.
- Quantity, expiration date and packaging condition when available.

You should send the entire list of products in the batch, not just the item in question. This article does not give a standard number of kilograms for general use because it must compare the correct product groups and applicable documents.
Check packaging and possible leaks
After receiving feedback on reception, ask how to protect the cap, separate the bottle from impact and arrange the outer packaging.
