When the package arrives, the recipient should have the identification code and list of package numbers ready for comparison. An organized inspection helps you properly describe if post-delivery support is needed.

Prepare before receiving

The sender should pass on to the recipient the package number, identification information and agreed contact point. If receiving at the warehouse, wait for confirmation of package readiness and ask about receiving procedures. If delivering to a private address, ensure there is a coordinator according to the notice.

Do not publish the recipient's code, phone number and documents online to ask for a check. Communicate directly through the channel of the unit handling the shipment.

External comparison before opening

  • Does the identification information match the reported batch?
  • Does the package number match the list?
  • Does the packaging have tears, wet spots, dented spots or other unusual signs that need to be noted?
  • Are the numbering labels and seals still clearly visible?

If there is a difference, please ask the delivery person or warehouse contact to note it according to the applicable process, take photos and contact support. Do not sign a condition description that you know is incorrect; Ask for appropriate recognition at the time of handover.

Open the package in a manner appropriate to the packaging

Choose a place with space to place orders and keep packaging materials. Open carefully so the tool doesn't damage the item inside. For reinforced parts that require removal techniques, ask for instructions first instead of prying or dropping the package yourself.

You can take photos or record the opening process for comparison. This is a way to save information, not to confirm that every case requires video to be supported.

Tally by list

Compare each product group and quantity. If there are multiple boxes, keep the order 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 as listed. Do not throw away all the packaging as soon as you see the first item because accessories or small items may be in another layer.

If the sender provides a pre-packaged photo, use that photo with the listing to describe the difference. Do not edit photos to lose current information.

When you need to report support

Lot [code], received date [...], total [...] packages. I see [specific description] in the package [...]. Attach photos of labels, packaging and related products. Thanks for the guidance on recording steps and additional documents.

Contact the processing contact soon and keep the goods, packaging, and documents while waiting for instructions. The notification period, scope of responsibility and settlement documents must be according to the agreed conditions; The article itself does not set a deadline or general level of compensation.

Notify again when you have received enough

Once the check is complete, the recipient should notify the sender so that both parties can close the tracking. If there is missing information, clearly state which items are still waiting instead of just saying "okay".

Xem shipment tracking milestones and prepares fragile goods to unify coordination before sending.
