Effective shipment tracking is more than just asking “has it arrived yet”. Once you have the identification code and know what milestones you need, the conversation with the shipping unit will be more specific.

Keeps the correct shipment code

When handing over, save the identification information provided by the receiving party: batch/package code or related documents according to the service. Ask what code is used for exchange and what lookup tools are provided for your plan.

Do not manually enter an internal code into any website and then conclude that it is lost because there are no results. Different systems may use different codes; Please check the correct channel with the person in charge of the lot.

Milestones should be clarified

Received Is the lawsuit information complete? What is still pending?
Departed Which phase of the plan are you talking about?
To the beginning of the Philippines Ready to receive or still have processing steps?
Delivering/ready to pick up Who to contact, what address or warehouse to receive?
Delivered The recipient needs to compare the package number and status.

This is a reference question group, not a status list that all Gia Phú services display automatically. The actual update method needs to be confirmed when finalizing the plan.

What if I haven't seen the update yet?

Send batch code, delivery date and latest status you received. Ask what step the batch is in, if additional information is required, and when you can expect further feedback. Do not send multiple versions of the code or images that obscure the identification that needs to be compared.

Thanks for checking batch [code], handover date [...]. The most recent information I received was [...]. Recipient in [...]. What step is the batch currently in and does anything need to be added from either end?

Let the recipient follow along

Send the recipient the package number, delivery point and agreed contact method. If receiving at the warehouse, wait for confirmation of package readiness before leaving. If delivering at home, make sure the phone number is used and notify promptly when the address changes.

An “arrived in the Philippines” notification does not automatically mean that all steps have been completed or that it is at the recipient's doorstep. Asking clearly about the date will help you avoid making an appointment to pick up the goods too early.

Be careful with fake money collection messages

If there is a message asking for payment to "release the case", check via a pre-verified channel. BOC warns against requiring state revenues to be paid into personal accounts. Source: Bureau of Customs.

Read checklist when receiving packages to complete the final step of the journey, or how to ask clearly about taxes and fees if there is a payment to check.
