“Goods arrive in the Philippines” and “Goods arrive at the recipient's home” are two areas that need to be distinguished. Before choosing a service, you should finalize the final delivery location with the recipient.
If the option is to receive at the warehouse
Ask for the correct warehouse address, contact point, how to confirm package readiness and information to present upon receipt. Don't come just because you see the goods have arrived in the Philippines. The package may not be ready for handover.
The recipient needs to know the package number and size to proactively choose the appropriate vehicle when confirmed. If you ask someone else to receive it on your behalf, ask in advance the application procedure; I don't automatically infer that anyone who has the package code will receive it.
If need delivery to private address

You should not compare a price to the warehouse with a price to the house and then just choose the lower number. Ask both sides to describe the same scope before comparing.
Pickup in Vietnam also requires separate confirmation
If you want to pick up the goods at the place of delivery, provide the address, package number, packaging status and delivery time. Ask about support areas and fees when applicable. A pickup service does not mean free pickup everywhere or pickup at any time.
For large packages, state access status and loading requirements if any. Only schedule a handover after the receiving focal point has responded.
When you want to change the receiving method mid-trip
Send a request through the batch processing channel, with the code and desired new option. Ask if the change can be made at the current step and what the cost and time impact will be. Don't take a submission request as confirmation that the change is complete.
